silent gerd cause brain fog as well

i have this feeling of very heavy brain fog constant cough i was told it was silent gerd causing this has anyone else experience the brain fog and constant hoarse voice cough .......doctor Told me to take 300 mg of ranitine but i didnt take now iam thinking this heavy brain and voicelessness are from silent gerd..iam not bit eater by far and not spices wouldn't seem like i have a indigestion issue but ent says you have silent gerd causing these issues i went to my gp doc and hes just looking around for problems i dont have and now tells me that maybe the brain fog is just depression? try cymbalta?? really iam trying to clear my throat get my voice back and have this brain fog lift itself away.......any one else have these issues iam 64 male in decent shape a bit thin cause food isnt really my thing.
