Nissen Fundoplication

I'm coming up to just over 16 month since my Nissen Fundoplication. So far, so good thank God. I've not felt reflux or pain but odd niggles I had around the six month mark which I occasionally get If over heat or rush my food or not chew properly (human error) My swallowing of food even with meats, breads and sticky foods is the best its ever been. I do however get occasional mild breathlessness but it's not a breathlessness that stops me doing things they're small gasps that started twelve months back through fitting a new carpet, removing and cutting up the old carpet in the bedroom. Once or twice per fortnight but I genuinely feel great. I do, create very small constant burps though but they're not like they use to be they feel like air. Just curious if this is normal. Advice from the Admins or anyone else would be greatly appreciated.

I tend to worry about everything even the slightest thing when, I genuinely feel really good and I suppose with with me still being able to swallow all types of different food, it must be a good sign for us both. I've started going on 30 minute runs again to build my exercise gradually back up and lose some weight. I've not taken any anti-gas medication. A normal person when burping can get it out it in one but my burps are really small and feel like puffs of air. I will lool into getting some anti-Gas. How are you with your swallowing and general health since the operation.

I can conjure a burp but it's like I mentioned earlier. It's like air coming out. I've had a few sensations wheres I've felt like reflux and I've gone to myself. It can't be because myself is the best its been and I don't get the acid in my mouth touch wood. The sensations tend to occasionally come if all eat fast, don't chew enough etc.
