I wanted to know does exercise cause anyone pain since their wrap? especially working on your core muscles?

While I was exercising not long after my procedure (about 3 months), each individual is different and healing is unique. How long ago did you have surgery? I made sure I was walking a lot before hitting up the gym again..

I had my surgery a year ago. But I've had a lot of setbacks lot of different things happening I just now started to get into physical therapy to try to regain muscle and endurance I was doing a lot of twisting with my upper body and just noticed it cost quite a bit of pain but I figure that's probably pretty normal since all of that hasn't really been used. Thanks for your reply!
