Feel wave of pressure every few minutes at bottom of esophagus..?

Hi all,
Definitely have LPR and some stomach emptying issues...
Awakened early this morning, still exhausted from going to bed late (have trouble feeling 'sleepy' when having reflux, slow emptying, etc) with faster pulse, which seems to accompany my reflux, and a distended, blocked belly and some dry cough.
Every few minutes or so, I also get this small 'wave of pressure' on (what feels like) my lower esophagus..? Never had this before. Almost feels like heart palpitation, or anxiety flutter, but I don't think it's that.
Is this a reflux symptom?
So freaking fun!!

See a Dr, they can determine a lot just with a simple Listen. Or get you a quick EKG to be sure.
If your fluttering symptoms are followed by a burp or stomach gurgle or something within some minutes, then thats a clue. If not you should rule out heart.
