Hi guys, sorry if I come across as moaning, I cant complain really, as in general, my recuperation hasnt been that bad, no major pain, Im at week 4, and I want to push with food, I do ok, but sometimes I get ahead of myself in the chewing department, and large chunks go down and get stuck, its so painful, and frustrating. I am a real foodie, love to drink and eat out when I can, but I feel Im eating like a parakeet, its really frustrating.
When will this get better? will I be eating super small portions and chewing forever...forever? or eventually will I be able to much down vigorously on a hamburger or pizza?
