I know I put a post on here to you, and it got deleted??

Anyway, how were you able to go Carb free and heal your GERD?  I appreciate any help you can offer.

I did see a post titled "A question for Dr Norm". I think there were a couple of replys including one from Dr Norm himself but i can't find the post now.

Yes, I posted to that thread too. I assumed it was deleted because Dr. Norm mentioned (in very general terms) that he had written a book on carbs and GERD, so I, too, assumed it had been deleted.

Dr. Norm,
I don't mind discussion of your alternative diet, but any mention of your book or efforts to promote your book need to end now. HW does not endorse your book.
