Getting breakthrough on PPIs in the middle of the night, just wondered if anyone knows if DGL is effective for reflux just before bed?

I wouldn't bother with everything that you read on the internet about
miracle supplements. Sometimes it can cause more harm than good. If you are having breakthrough reflux, I would take a pepcid before bedtime and follow a strict GERD-friendly diet.

Thanks Sharon, I understand your view and I am being cautious, I thought people with a GERD interest may have an informed opinion, via actual use, about
DGL.

I take DGL before every meal and find its soothing and helps coat things.
Also look into taking Life extensions oesophageal guard. It’s really helped me through some tough break through a
