What did the emergency room doctor say? Someone in another thread mentioned that the emergency room is really not setup to diagnose conditions that don't require admittance. Have you seen your doctor? I suggest you start with your GP or a gastroenterologist. There are tests that might help determine the problem. Sometimes the medical profession really can't figure out what's going on, but other times they can really help.
It's also possible that you need a different medicine. Not all medicines have the same affect on an individual. I would rather not make suggestions -- let a doctor make recommendations.
Good luck!

AALEIGH0612 > Sorry to hear your plight.
Is the burning sensation always constant or gets worse after a meal?
What do you normally have for meals?
Did you have any tests done? Endoscopy , Upper GI?

I have the burning pain-I know exactly how that feels!! Have they done an endoscopy or anything to determine what could be going on? That sounds like a must to me.
