i consume a fair amount of carbs probably too much for my sedentary lifestyle in fact.
i should probably eat more balanced foods. i cut out meats of all kinds. i am eating fish once in a while, i usually have in the AM activa yogurt, and a bagel with some cream chese spread.
lunch is fruit like stawberries, applesauce, banana or cheese.
super is usally veggies like carrots or aspargus with bread.
oncein while i have P B & jelly or tuna fish
at times i am sick of eating foods as i have become bored and hate to cook.
i eat no fast foods, canned soups, or canned foods.
i eat fiber one for bulk also in the mornings. i eat no caffine or artifical sweetner. i am not supposed to eat choclate but cant resist that. i have no booze or smoking.
i do not drink any soda pop. only filtered water or bottled water and decaffinated teas, once in a while some juices but the acid is too much for my system. i take glousaimine chrondriotn drink lots of wter but still feel dehydrated and my skin is very dry. it also is from the hot climate here in fl.
i stay outta the sun.
since i have chronic back pain i dont do much in the way of excersice but am going to PT twice weekly now as a part to try to get some strenght back.i am frequently tired and take naps during the daytime. i have awful sleeping habits. i would liek to get off the vicoden and xanax and take provigil to help me to stay awake during the day time. sometimes it works sometimes it dont.
i used to be in good shape until 02 crash.
now at 50, feel much older and more tired. i try to plan somethnig to do every day so i can get out alittle.
somedays i do not get out at all. i am trying to save money on gas and buying things so i stay home.
it would be very easy for me to lay down during the day and fall alseep. once in a while i take zantac, but since i got in trouble with the last episode with prilosec i stay way from ppi's now
some days i feel like do more but have little motivation and when i do more i over do it then feel badly for a couple of days afterwards
