Hi, my name is Monika, and I am new here. I was diagnoised with acid reflux disease, and am having a hard time dealing with it. I would love to make connections here.

:-)  hi mvanessa, glad you found this forum.  how serious are you symtoms, you sounded pretty casual, are you taking anything for it, igve me a little more history. have you been to a docator about it and how long have you been dealing with it? i have a hernia and gerd and gastritis so i share your pain ha ha

Hi, thanks for replying.  I have had sinus issues for almost 10 years.  I have a constant sore throat, drainage, headache, tiredness, etc.  I have been too many doctors, and on one has been able to help.  It's been very frustrating.

sad  sorry, i guess you have been to an otoarcologist, not sure of that spelling.  my husband has suffered with what he thought wasw his sinuses for 8 years, turns it the problem is in his nose. he will get occsionalmigranes but mostly he is up on his wrist all nite trying to clear his passage  does any of that sound familiar?
