How do you get people to respond to your posts here?

Just wondering. I have posted a few times here and nobody has answered them. I was really excited to find this web site, and hopefully get some support. It just isn't happening here. Anyone know of a website for GERD/Acid Reflux that gets more hits?

Sometimes it has to do with the title of your topic or it could be that it is a subject that no one has any information on.  May I ask what was the topic you posted about?  I'm sorry you had this problem.  Be sure to clearly identify your title, that will help.

KK,

  i could swear that i responded to one of your posts awhile back.  Make sure you have the area checked under options to notify you by email when someone resonds to your posts.

Hi there...I am not familiar with you, but I can give you a few helpful suggestions.

Make sure your post has a catchy title. Be clear about what you are asking in the title.

It is also helpful to check back at old posts to see if the question you are asking is common. Sometimes if you ask something that is often asked, people will not answer you.

I am going to go back and look at some of your posts and see if I can help you at all.

I hope you stick around. Your first impression of healingwell may not be great, but seriously, this is a great place to be!

KK...I am new here as well. Have not read any of your post but will go and look. Hope to see you back on here again. Maybe give it one last try would not hurt.

Tammy..... Sounds like you are dealing with a lot. Panic and anxiety is the pits That I know 10 years for me. Also had agoraphobia, or let me say I still have it but am doing so much better. Nope you are not weak at all. Hey, your hanging in there great and working on it and that is really a poweful thing to do.

I am pretty specific with my titles---and I rarely get responses---or maybe one! I wish people would answer my posts too! SIGH!

I do my best to get to all the new posts. I am not a moderator here, but am acutlly looking to become one. I see that this board doesn't get the attention it deserves, and I am hoping to change that. I come on here daily, and look to reply to everything. I just started doing this. I am one person though, and can only do so much. It sounds like we have a lot of people here who want to help. So, lets get together, form a team, and make this board work.
