Zinlor 75

Hi,
I'm taking it right now. It's only been 5 or 6 days but I had a noticeable improvement from the start. I was getting a lot of heartburn and acid reflux due to coming out of taking prevacid and it was so soothing once I took it. My stomach feels a lot better now, (it was pretty swollen). The only thing is that I still have some reflux at night, not the burning kind just like flem or something that comes up. but even that doesn't seem to be as bad as it was. Another thing I've noticed is that my mouth is kind of dry so I drink plenty of water, not sure if this is due to the zinlori or just an allergic reaction to something else since its only hapened once. I'm also taking DGL, slippery elm, glutamine, aloe vera, and digestive enzymes. Have you heard anything about zinlori 75? I've looked it up on several sites and couldn't find any adverse reactions or anything bad with it.

I'd definitelly recomend you check with your doctor first since I don't know all your symptoms and I'm not that familiar with gp.

But from what I've heard from my naturopath, she has her patinents start with the zinlori and gradually get off the ppi's. I'm a firm believer in natural remedies. At some point I was completelly symptom free with the treatment I described earlier, except the zinlori. I thought I could go back to a normal diet since i was feeling great, but that led to a pretty bad relapse. Now I'm at it againg and I know that watching what I eat is going to be a lifelong thing for me.

Another thing that we did last year was test for food sensitivities. I came back positive to quite a few things, the big ones were wheat and dairy. Just eliminating those from my diet made a big difference.

P.S. I think I read on another one of your posts that your symptoms got worse after you had a baby, is this you?
The reason I ask is because my husband and I are thinking of starting a family within the next year. But it terrifies me to think that things might worsen while being pregnant especially since I have a hiatal hernia and all this GER. It almost feels like a cruel joke sometimes, having a baby is something I've wanted all my life and to be going thru all this now is kind of scary.

Regarding constipation. I don't know if you've tried "Natural Calm". I too had constipation problems and this helped a lot. I don't take it that often now and seem to be doing ok. Just thought I'd share what worked for me.
