Is there any correlation? I've been very tired and it's hard to work or exercise. Could it be due to the minerals not being absorbed, which is due to the meds I'm on? (Prevacid, Zantac)

I haven't taken those medications on a regular basis. But have you considered eliminating wheat or maybe even gluten from your diet? Just to see if it helps.
I used to feel tired and sleepy all the time, later found out I was sensitive to wheat and realized how I have more energy without it.

Really? I have a slight allergy to gluten, according to my endoscopy from many years ago. But no one said to avoid it.
This is like Mono-like tiredness though.

Ooohh... that kind of tired.
I would still give the gluten-free diet a try though, considering you did have some kind of reaction to it. You never know.

Hi,

  I read your post about feeling tired, and I feel the same exact way!  I feel so runned down, and my muscles even feel sore.  I dont know if its from the meds i am on (protonix 2x a day, and zoloft 50mg 1x a day), or if it is our body just reacting to constantly battling this disease....I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!!!
