My name is Carla
I am 56 years old
I had to take early retirement last year. I had been trying to work the past five years with severe asthma, taking my nebulizer to work, doing breathing treatments, missing a lot of work. I was diagnosed with epilepsy August 2006 and I knew there was no way I could continue to work.
I have two beautiful grown daughters
I have one brilliant, cute, fun 6 year old grandson and 2 beautiful, drama queen granddaughters, one is 3 and the other one is 4. I adore spending time with them.
The girls love shoes and purses just like their Gram. All three of them are high maintenance.
I did make the mistake early this summer of serving them dinner outside with their own individual tables and chair, seated next to each other, linen napkins and table cloths, the works and candlelight. They loved it. Now they want to do it every time they come over. The other night they had snacks by candlelight. My little customers got a little too demanding the other night and I had to call a time out and tell them that Gram had to go do a breathing treatment and then I would be right back to wait on them. They do understand what it means when I say I have to take a breathing treatment. They all three instantly get quiet and they behave. Sorry for rambling on about my grandkids.
I almost forgot, I also have two Himalayan cats, Neiman and Saks. They are brothers. I actually live in their house.
