stomach spasms

I was reading someone elses blog about stomach spasms and I believe that is what's happening to me. It feels like the top of my stomach, right between my rib cage, is having spasms. Today is day 3, and they are still there. They come and go, don't hurt, but feel like a jiggley spasm. Does anyone know what could be happening? I went to the ER and they don't have a deffinite answer for me.

I have had those they started 3 or 4 years ago , my dr said it was an irratable colon ,at that time they were really bad ,felt like a baby in there kicking ,i have had them on and of since ,as recently as 3 weeks ago ,but they were;nt as bad,stress causes them ,try to relax and dont worry about them ,hope i was some help.
