Did you happen to have tubes in your ears, or excessive ear infections when you were younger? I have a similar problem with the jaw and the popping and it's because my eustachian tube never closes; this happened because when I had tubes in my ears when I was younger and they fell out, the ear drum didn't heal properly. This causes pretty much all the symptoms you described, but it's a condition that usually only an ENT can catch; my PCP missed it for almost ten years. This can affect weird things like sinus drainage and cause ear aches, popping of the jaw, pressure, the fluid feeling, etc.
I've never heard of ear problems affecting reflux though. I don't think peroxide would cause it to get worse but if you have an ulcer or something on your esophagus, it might have irritated it. But if it was such a small amount that you didn't even feel it or taste it then I doubt that's the case.
Seeing a GI doc is definitely your best bet. You may want to speak with an ENT as well, and see about the ear problem. If it's that the tube doesn't close there's not much that can be done; the only way to fix it is to put a tube back in the ear drum, according to my ENT. And since everything checks out in my ear, there's no reason to do that.
