I couldn't find a better place to post this. I am going to my doctor in a week but am trying to gather as much info as possible first. I have had major attacks on my system over the last 5 years, probably 8-10 times minimum and had my most recent in the last month--I am 8 weeks pregnant.
This is what happens: I wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating chest pain, I find myself in the bathroom feeling like I need to poop and/or vomit. After that whole scenerio, I start to pass out--hit the floor, but generally am still somewhat concious--the worst of it was that my eyes were open, but everything was black and I was mumbling that I was ok to my husband.
So...these attacks last about 15 minutes, but sometimes the chest pain (before the attack)lasts a LOT longer, like a couple hours. The really funky thing is that once I "pass out" I stand up and I'm completely fine as though nothing has happened.
So...I'm trying to figure out...heartburn? Gall bladder? Panic attacks? I have been treated for panic/anxiety disorders, but I read you don't pass out during a panic attack...maybe a combination of the above?
I'm frazzled, does anyone have any ideas?
