pain in esophagus and right side of neck when inhaling

Thanks for all the helpful comments. It really has helped me. I pray you all have healthy lives as well. My neck pain has subsided ever since I quit smoking and drinking for a prolonged period of time. Also, the Prilosec has been helping the chest chest and throat pain slowly subside. My doctor said that Nexium and Prilosec serve the same purpose.

I have this strange pain when I breathe in deeply. It is in my neck on my right side, right below my gland. My gland seems to be a Little swollen. I woke up with this this morning. I have been extremely exhausted for the past few days and even last weekend. I have had issues with gerd since June And the omeprezole doesn't seem to work well for me. I took nexium T one point And it seemed to do wonders for me. I have also been diagnosed with ibs and gastritis. I am wondering if this could be related to these issues and not something more serious. I feel like I have blockage in my throat almost with the pain when I breathe deeply. When I get up and walk around my chest was pounding earlier. I am thinking it is gerd related but am afraid it might be more serious. I have had a bit of a runny nose starting yesterday, and a little sneezing. But not really a cough or any other symptoms except the extreme drowsiness I have been experiencing. Please help
