lots of pain could it be indigestion ??

I want to know if this happens after you get a heavy meal or are you stressed and with a little sleep lately?  These are signs that you have heartburn then.  Heartburn is when your stomach secretes too much digestive acid that it goes up to your esophagus up to your throat and this gives the sour taste and sometimes leads to vomiting.  I am also a heartburn sufferrer andalready take meds to control it.  I suggest, still, that you have yourself checked by a doctor to be sure it's heartburn.  And if it is, ask about the medicine aciphex.  Worked for me.

Welcome to the newbies and your sx could be heartburn but we are not professionals and I would strongly suggest you see your physician for a dx, which I see, daisyrambler, you already have an appointment for.  That is a good thing.

I am glad you fell comfortable posting here and if you find out indeed your problem is Heartburn do continue to talk with the members of this great forum.
