Sorry to hear your sinuses are still bad today. Keep that rinsing going. It will eventually help. I'll know better after this weekend, because the weather is going to be hot, and it'll force the trees out. So far it has been better, but the pollen is moderate.

Did your doctor give you a new antihistamine? What was it? I know what you mean--sinus problems always trigger my asthma as well.

My coughing is bothering my esophagus and wrap. They're feeling really irritated. I hope the z-pac works for me. I need to get my lungs cleared up so they're ready to face the pollen onslaught! I know I'm older than you, but my peak flow is normal around 360 or 375. I can't seem to get higher than that. My doctor says that's a symptom of aging.

Good luck with your sinuses today. Have you tried a warm washcloth in between to increase blood flow? Just a thought.

It was a little better today. I took 2 Claritin like my doctor told me to do because one does not work for me. It doens't seem as thick today either. When I cough it seems to come right out too so that is good. If the Claritin doens't seem to make things better I might just call the lung doctor or just call my doc and see if I can get the stuff you are taking. Today was a long day. I had to take the dogs to the vet and my husband was supposed to go with us in the van. My daughter didn't show up and it was getting really late so I just took off with the dogs. I can't pull the ramp down yet for my husbands wheel chair. I passed my daughter and she pulled in to a parking lot and rode with me. She ended up getting us there 5 minutes late. It didn't seem to make a difference though because we had to wait for quite a while and we didn't even end up in a room. They took care of my dogs in the waiting area for x-rays. They took them in the back to do the blood work and my little guys nails. I was not happy about the nail cutting with out me holding him. We were there a whole hour. They gave the dogs their shots right there in the waiting area. It was all very strange. Never had that happen before. Oh well at least my older dog didn't go so pshyco like she does when we go in a room to wait. She was distracted by the staff walking through. Lol. After all that we came and got my hubby and went to Walmart & Subway. My daughters old boy friend was there at subway as manager so we had a nice chat with him.

After I got home I decided I better call my dentist as my doctor yesterday told me too about the skin coming off the inside of my mouth. I also have had pain in my tooth since he fixed one in February every time I bite down on that side which made my whole jaw throb on that side. As usual I just lived with it and thought I'd just wait until I saw him again in June and just continue to chew on the other side. Well it wasn't the tooth that was the problem it was that whole side because he said I have been grinding my teeth and my whole bite was off. He did some grinding and got my bite back to where it should be and wow the pain is gone. He thinks that the whitener in my toothpaste is causing the skin to slough off in my mouth. He thinks I am allergic to it, so he gave me some plain toothpaste to try for 2 weeks and then let him know if the problem goes away. My hubby wants me to call back tomorrow and ask about getting a thing to wear at night to keep from grinding my teeth and wrecking them further. He used to be a dental technician so he knows a lot about teeth. If I don't call he'll do it himself. I didn't get home until after 6pm. Well I better get to bed. 

Can't you get some cough syrup from your doc. That does not help to be coughing after surgery. Barb

 Barb...I had so much trouble before I started wearing what my dentist calls a splint. I was going though such a difficult time in my life and did not realize that i was grinding and clenching my teeth to the point of causing intense facial pain and dibillitating headahces that hurt all over and in my ears even. It got so bad I just sat and cried for days until I went to the Er one day thinking I was having a stroke, the headache was so bad.The doctor there told me that she thought I should see a dentist. God bless that doctor and my dentist too ! All of this started about the time my Acid reflux showed up too and to top it off Psorasis at the same time too for the first time in my life! That getting all you can handle thing really hit me all at once. I am ok now as far as the acid reflux goes most days unless I overeat. I have lost some weight and it has made a big difference in my reflux and I can't have the Nissen surgery so i am very curios about the new study. Do you think that if I haev motility issues preventing me from having the Nissen that I would be able to have this other done if and when it becomes available ?? Hope everyone has s peaceful evening and I should get my tired self to bed ....Anne

That was quite an adventure with your dogs. Trips to the vet are always a challenge. Those little guys don't like the looks or smell of the place. Glad your daughter caught up with you!

And the dentist, too! Good thing you got there--I've had the problem with my bite being off because of crowns that aren't fitted quite right. They can be very painful. The inside of your must be really sore with the skin sloughing off. Good luck with all your mouth issues! You must have been really tired last night after all that activity!

I'll let you know if this antihistamine helps after the trees pollen gets flying and it's laying thick all over everythingl I hadn't noticed it bothering me until yesterday morning, when I felt kind of light headed. I'll see how it feels today. I'm glad it's Friday. I've been really dragging the past couple of days. This time of year is so busy, with so many deadlines, that it is exhausting just to think about it. I'm retiring after next year, and after what I've been through this spring, I kind of think it should be this year!

Sorry to hear that your sinuses are still kicking up. Hopefully you've turned the corner with them.

The coughing I'm doing is necessary--unfortunately--to get the junk out of my lungs. My husband does lung PT (postural drainage--he hits my back to get the mucous moving to make it easier to cough out. I can't just leave it in there. Unfortunately, I still have some green junk coming out, and it worries me that the z-pac hasn't worked. Today is Day 5...is it true that it stays in your system and continues to work for ten days? Hope so!

I would think this may be the answer for those who have motility issues. Watching that video sure makes me think it would work. Not sure about those of us who have had the other surgeries with the scarring, but who knows. I hope it works and they get it approved.

Hi Anne, mine might be because i am finaly getting some real sleep for once with the addition of the melatonin and lack of reflux for first time in 8 years. I have been having pain in my ears too lately and I've had them checked 2x so maybe it is from my teeth. My dentist is going to have to come up with another toothpaste for sensitive teeth because this just isn't cutting it. He is going to be calling back on Monday about the bite guard thing. My husband kept asking me until I called and my dentist was out of the office today. I am wondering the same thing about the new surgery for GERD as I now have the motility issue because of my nissan surgery. It sucks to have this but I have learned to live with it.

Denise, I still have some yellow stuff. It is true that it works for 10 days. I am so sick of this snot draining. I think I will have to call on Monday to get some thing else. I am so limited because I can't take singulair. It does nothing and upsets my stomach, Alegra is out and benadryl, claritin and zertec don't seem to be working any more. What is the name of the stuff your taking?  My mouth isn't really sore from the skin sloughing thing. He said it was a thin layer of mucosa. It was really gross though. I'd have to take a napkin and wipe my mouth out to get all the junk out of there. I sure hope you get over that lung infection. You might have to do another round of the Z-pac because sometimes i have too especially if I've had the infection a while and that is true in your case. Take care and i'll talk to you later. Barb

Sorry to hear you're still struggling. I have some mandibular joint problems, but I don't grind my teeth at night. Instead, I tend to clench with stress. Lately it has been better, because I've been getting my stress under control. I have recently learned some good strategies. This has been a problem for a long time, and the jaw/ear pain has been coming and going. I was given some jaw exercises by a doctor/ENT/Dentist, who specializes in MJ problems.

I think my lungs are finally turning the corner. I'm still doing my nebulizer, and coughing out some stuff, but it's definitely improving. I''m keeping my fingers crossed.

Yesterday the pollen count was high here, and I had my classroom window open. I also went out with my kids for playtime. Last year I couldn't do either of those. I'm hopeful that this will work for me. I always get a hoarse voice in the spring. I can handle that. It's just the gallons of mucous that I can't take.

I think that the Nissen-related lung improvement will help, too. My lungs were in HORRIBLE shape last year (the last 4 years). Even with my lung infection problems, they're better than they were pre-Nissen. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. The pollen count will be high the next few days (who am I kidding...it'll be high the next few months!) When I came home from school I did a nasal washing, just to get the pollen out. Better safe than sorry.

The antihistamine is called Xyzal. I take it in the morning (although I read online that it's recommended to take at night). My allergist told me to take it in the morning, so I tried it. In my case, it doesn't really make me tired enough to bother me at all. I don't tend to get drowsy from antihistamines, though. I think the Allegra just quit working for me, because I had used it for so many years. It's fine for mild allergy times, but just doesn't cut it when things are severe. I'm going to increase my allergy shots every two weeks, to provide more coverage this time of year.

I don't know if it's your answer, though, Barb. I was told by the allergist that Xyzal is the same as Zertec, minus that drowsiness. I don't know if that's entirely true...you could discuss it with your allergist.

I hope your sinuses get feeling better soon. I know how you feel about something that just hangs on. I hope you find relief soon!

That probably wouldn't work for me then if it's like Zertec since that isn't working well for me any way. Today seems to better since it is raining out and a lot cooler. I don't know what I am going to do once I go back to work since I am not going to be able to rinse there and that seems to be the one thing that is helping. Oh well hope fully it is better by then. I still think it is an infection and my allergies together. I might have to take another round of antibiotics. I'll have my gynecologist check my lungs on Monday when I go for my post op check just to make sure it's not affecting my lungs. I'm glad to hear that your lungs are doing better. It really does help to not have all the junk coming up from the stomach and affecting your lungs.

I have had TMJ for years. I just have to be careful that I don't eat alot of chewy things like steak. No gum ever or it gets really bad. I'm surprized that my TMJ isn't really sore. The dentist said that the ligament on that side is sore from all the clenching. I'm not sure what could be causing the clenching. Maybe it's from spending so much time with my husband. He is driving me up a wall. He doesn't work out side the home so he is here all the time. He has been going off and doing errands when it is nice out. Next weekend we are going on our very first scrapbook retreat at a hotel for the weekend. One of my sisters and a cousin are going to be there too. I am going to take a break next weekend and go with my other sister to go make a frame and a page at a local scrapbook store since it is national scrapbook weekend and they are doing some special things there. Well I hope we both continue to improve with our stomachs and our lungs. Barb

People like us are the only ones who look forward to cool, rainy days this time of year! I know it's not as good, but I'm sure that those saline sprays would be better than nothing at work. Could you pack your rinse supplies and take them into the bathroom and use them periodically? Just a thought.

I'm going to email my doctor sometime soon and let him know how things are going with my lungs. I didn't want to do it too soon, because I want to give it a chance and see what happens. It has gotten a lot better, but I still seem to have some pockets of inflammation/mucous that are hanging on. They make my lungs feel tight--like I need my nebulizer or inhaler, but when I cough and get out, I'm perfectly clear. We'll see what he says.

I know what you mean about gum chewing. Also big sandwiches have to be eaten with a fork. The pain seems to come and go. The ENT/TMJ specialist in our area says I've got arthritis in my joint, too.

Well, it's a beautiful day here...by the way, I did get outside for a while yesterday, and so far so good! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.Take care and have a great day!

I think I will bring my stuff to work with me and if I really need it then I will use it. I also will get some saline spray for in between times. I have a terrible rattling cough now. At least the stuff is coming out though. I hope I can get this under control before bike riding weather comes. I need to lose about 70 more pounds and I want to do alot of bike riding this year since it is something I love to do. I am hoping my broken tail bone doesn't pose alot of problems for me. I got up really late today. I couldn't believe I slept until 11am. I must need the extra sleep to get over this. It's another rainy day at 46 degrees. I'm still having some drainage. Not as bad though. I have all sorts of stuff I need to do and I don't feel like doing any thing at all. I hope I am feeling better for my scrapbooking retreat next weekend. I need to start getting things ready for that. I have to find out when my daughter can pack the stuff in the van for me as I still can't do any of that yet. My sister and cousin will help unpack the van when we get to the hotel.

Well my dentist was right about me being allergic to the whitner in my toothpaste because I havnen't had any more problems with the skin peeling off the inside of my mouth since I quit using it. I am going to try the sensodyne with out the whitner as I can not stand pain from the sensitivity to hot and cold since I quit using the sensodyne. Well my hubby wants me to come watch a movie with him and my nephew. I hope things continue to get better for you with your asthma and allergies. Barb

When do you go back to work? It's a good idea to bring your nasal washing things to work.

Hopefully you'll feel better by the weekend when you're going scrapbooking. It's good that you're going to get some help packing and unpacking the car. It feels terrible not to be able to pick up things for yourself. Before you know it, you'll be back to your old self.

Sensodyne is the only sensitive teeth toothpaste that has a formulation without whitener. The dental hygenist who spoke to me about it, said that whitener actually adds to tooth sensitivity, so the non-whitener formulation will probably work better on the sensitivity issue. Been there, done that. Another thing that can help with sensitivity is an electric toothbrush. Do you have one?

My asthma feels much better today. I hope it continues to clear. I seem to have trouble getting past some of the very small airways that seem to want to continue to produce mucous. It would be so great to have no lung symptoms st all!

Good luck with your sinuses. Feel better, and get lots of rest!

Sensodyne just started putting a whitner in some of their toothpaste and that is what I had bought and was using. That definitly was what the problem was though. I found a small tube of the stuff with out the whitener so will try that tonight before bed. I go back to work on May 7th. I'm not real thrilled about that after being off so long. I got used to staing up late. I tend to sleep better if I go to bed earlier. I am going to try to turn in by 11:30 tonight and then go to bed earlier each night. I can't wait to be able to bend over and to be able to push a grocery cart again and work the ramp in the van. I hate feeling helpless like this. My nephew has been a big help to us. He was here this weekend and went with us to the out door on Friday so he could put his uncle in and out of the van. We had to stop some strangers walking their dog and ask them to put Doug in the van so we could go pick our nephew up on the way to the outdoor theater. Mall Cop was so funny and then Fast & Furious was really good too. We had a great time. It started to rain just after the last movie ended.

I'm glad your asthma is doing better. That is such an awful feeling to not be able to breath. It's especially bad in my case because they always try to blame it on my heart first or if the asthma medication doesn't work right away. I did my peak flow and it was only down to 420 from 480 so that wasn't bad. I'm going to try to remember to do it every time I think I'm having asthma problems. Well I want to be in bed by 11:30 tonight so I better go. Hope you keep having your asthma improve. Barb

Good idea to start moving your bedtime to an earlier time. It'll be quite a shock, getting up early every day!

I was thinking about your sinuses. Have you ever tried Astelin nose spray? It's an antihistamine nose spray...I take two sprays morning and night, along with my Flonase. (I usually take Flonase only at night, but my allergist suggested I increase to twice a day during this bad season. I can definitely see a difference in the amount of postnasal drip I've got.)

My asthma is continuing to improve. I didn't need my nebulizer treatment the past couple days. I'm still having Jack do the PT/postural drainage, just to ensure that anything still in my lungs is coughed out. Not much there, though...a little, so I'm continuing to to do it. I don't want residual mucous getting reinfected.

My lungs are better than they've been for AT LEAST four years, which is an indication that the Nissen surgery was a success as far as my asthma goes. Of course, I'll still get sick, and that will create asthma flare-ups, but I can handle that. It's just the constant inflammation caused by GERD.

I got to bed last night at about 11:45. I slept 8 hours straight. I can't remember the last time I slept that many hours in a row. Oh yes I do remember it was in January and I woke up to acid it my sinus cavity because I hadn't gotten up and taken my antacid half way through the night. It's so awesome to have my stomach under control and being able to sleep all night. My dentist never called back, but my problem with the skin seems to be gone now. My sister told me her husband went and got a 99cent foot ball mouth guard and just put it in hot water to soften it up and then molded it to his teeth and he wears it every night and doesn't have any more damage to his teeth from the night grinding so that's what I'm going to try. I used my sensodyne with out the whitner last night and had no problems with it. Yahoo another problem solved.

I saw my gynecologist today for my post op. He took a culture to check for infection, because I still have a discharge. He listened to my lungs for me and said he could hear junk in my lungs and wheezing. He wouldn't give me any thing though. He said I should go back to my regular doc for that. So I called and tried to get them to just give me something over the phone since he had just seen me last week and they wouldn't so I go tomorrow to see him after I drop my little guy off at the vets office for his teeth cleaning. I am going to ask about the astelin nose spray. I don't want to go back to work sick.

Good idea to go to your doc and get a check on your asthma. You don't want to let that get out of control. I'm glad to hear that you had a good night's sleep. That means so much. We don't have our air conditioner in our bedroom yet, so the night before last was really rough. Last night we brought out a fan.

I'm looking forward to cooler weather. It's hard in school when it's hot--no air conditioning. Yesterday the pollen count was 11.8--high. It's supposed to be lower today. Thank goodness I saw my allergist, and got a different antihistamine. Last year I couldn't live my life April-June. I didn't want to go through that again this year. I need to go for an allergy shot again today.

It's getting to "crunch time" at school. Everything starts piling up, and deadlines start. We have Grandparent's Day on the 14th, which requires some preparation. We like to do special things for our grandparents. It's open House that night, so we have to have lots of things on display. That's just the start...things get more and more intense as the year ends!

Well I went to the doc today and he couldn't really hear much but he said since the other doctor did and I am having so many problems he decided I needed another round of antibiotics. He said since I am coughing and coughing up green and yellow junk that I have acute bronchitis with complications of asthma. I did tell him I wasn't really sure if my allergies were playing a part in all the drainage. When I asked about a different allergy med he named off all the ones I had tried and then alegra. When I told him I had tried all of them and could not take Alegra he told me then I was screwed. He then told me that I could take the benadryl at night and the claritin in the am because they are from a different drug class. He really knows his meds and how they work. He is a nurse practitioner and he is smarter than any doctor I have ever had. He is a heck of a lot smarter than my GI doc. If it wasn't for him my stomach wouldn't be as good as it is.   He didn't think that I still had the sinus infection though. I also had a temperature today. I wondered why I felt so hot this morning. It was only 50 out and my sleeveless shirt felt really good with out the sweater over it. I am going to be taking 2 rounds of antibiotics. It's something similar to the Z-pac. You take it for 3 days and then your good for a week and then after a week he wants me to take another 3 days of antibiotics to make sure it's knocked out of my system. He said it shouldn't bother my stomach since the z pac doesn't. I haven't picked it up yet. I'll let you know if it is easy on the stomach. Now if I can just get this postnasal drainage to stop. I'm supposed to take my proair inhaler every 4 hours to keep the asthma under control until we get rid of the infection.

I didn't sleep so great last night so will try to get to bed earlier tonight. This weekend I'll have to take some nap breaks and make sure I get my sleep so I can get over this. I sure hope things continue to improve for you too. I picked my baby up this afternoon from the vet. He did really well and he was the only dog that didn't get sick from the anesthesia which was a big surprize with his touchy stomach.

I know what you mean about crunch time. I go through that at the end of every month at work getting posters put up and new sign in sheets for all activities. New calendars put up. newsletter done and sent out and that's just a few of the things. My boss called yesterday panicked about one of the things I do and she didn't know where to look for it. She said it was awful at work and when I asked what happened she said it was nothing specific it was just because I wasn't there and she had to do all my work too. Well I guess I am indispensible. Well have to run get my meds before the pharmacy closes. Talk to you later. Barb

Hi Barb,
So glad you've got a good NP to care for you. It's so important to have someone who really knows you--especially your delicate stomach. Let me know how the new antibiotic works, and how it affects your stomach. You're the first person I've met with a stomach as reactive as mine! I'm so glad to find out that Z-pac is okay on my stomach. I think I've overused amoxicillin over the years.

Hope your asthma/bronchitis gets better quickly. Once I got on the z-pac (actually by the 5th day) mine responded and I finally got better. I'm actually doing great. I went for my allergy shots today. The Xyzal works great for me. I had windows open, the wind was blowing, fans were blowing...pollen everywhere...all I got was a little sore throat, cough, and some sinus pressure. I'm just fine now, though...I do a nasal washing when I get home. So far so good. What a difference!

After the Nissen, my lungs are SO much better that I don't have to worry about the allergies as much. Before, my lungs were so bad all the time, that a little assault by pollen threw them for a loop!

I'm exhausted tonight, so I'm going to get ready for bed. I've got so much work to do, but I'm too tired to do any more. I'll bet they miss you at work!

He's only been my PC since last September, but he really listens to the patient and takes his time with you. He really looks at your history and tests that have been done and results. He acutally gave me the same medicine that's in the Z pac except it's 500 miligram pills that I take for the 3 days so it really blasts your system. He said by doing it this way I'll have medication in my system for 2 weeks. Like I said he really knows his meds and what he's doing. I am very impressed with him and have alot of trust in him.

I've never met any one with a stomach as bad as mine either. As a rule of thumb if it says it will cause stomach up set it usually does in my case. The degrees at which different things affect my stomach vary though. I think the most severe have been from statins and then the one antibiotic Ketec. I'm so glad we met through this site and I was able to let you know that the Z pac was easy on a reactive stomach. That is what is so neat about this site. I am so glad that you are doing so much better. I know what a blessing that is as I have been that bad myself. It's amazing how much your stomach can affect the asthma. Hope you have a good night. Thanks for the information about the antibiotic. I'll make note of it for future use. I think some doctors are too sure of themselves, and don't take the time to really look at patients as individuals.

My lungs feel good again this morning. Wow. What a difference. The weather has cooled off, too, which means the windows won't have to be wide open with fans blowing. It's so amazing to be able to be in that environment and be back to my regular allergy level.

I hope your allergies get better, and the antibiotic works well for you. It's the exact formulation (azithromycin)--but 500mg, right?

That's great your doing so well with your lungs! I hope it stays that way. Yes it's the same except 500mg instead of the 250. In the Z pac you take the 250 pill 2x on the first day. I feel a little better today. I had a hard time sleeping last night as my arm is inflamed by the burn that broke open, because i am allergic too the adhesive in the bandaid I had over it. It's in the perfect shape of the band aid where it sticks to the skin. I put an anti itch cream on it and am applying ice. I hope that helps so I can sleep tonight. I am going to try using my mouth guard tonight so I don't grind my teeth. I hope it doesn't make me produce more saliva that will in turn cause the pooling in my esophagus.

Tomorrow I am going to call my gynecologist back and ask about getting a lifting restriction for a few extra weeks as I am concerned about having problems with my navel incision when lifting tables and chairs when I go back to work. I did some extra stuff around the house today and had issues with pain so I am concerned and so is my husband and my daughter. She came over after work tonight and brought up the laundry and put my scrapbook stuff in the van. She took me to Walmart to get stuff for the non alchoholic drink contest that we will be having during the retreat. I can't push a cart yet so that was so nice of her to help me out. I know she didn't want to go after work like that, but she did it any way. I'm feeling a little better today. I coughed up a bunch of junk so at least my lungs are clearing it out. It sounds like you're doing better, Barb. I'll bet you're excited about the weekend. Good idea to restrict your lifting. No sense in straining something and causing more problems.

Band aids can cause real problems with sensitive skin. I've finally found one I can tolerate. It's the "generic" (Top Care) brand at my store--sheer, no latex). I can wear them indefinitely, without switching the direction of the band aid.

Hi Denise, well I called the doctors office and the nurse is going to talk to him about it. So they will get back to me on the lifting restriction.

I am excited about this weekend. I almost have every thing ready. I just have to sort a few more pictures and pack my meds and clothes. I got a really cute pair of PJs bright pink with capri bottoms with white flowers. It looks really tropical but doesn't look like PJs. I'm going to wear those Saturday as we are to dress in cruise wear to go along with the cruise theme for the weekend.

My arm still drove me nuts with the itching last night. I don't think I have a latex allergy as I got Nexcare fabric bandaids that are latex free and still broke out. I did notice that the curad sensitive skin spot bandaids I have been using to put over some skin tags the doctor froze don't cause close to as many problems as the nexcare did. It says that the  adhesive is hyoallergenic in the curad ones but they are not latex free. I know from when I've had heart monitors on me if I don't get all the adhesive off I break out really bad with itching and skin irritation. The only place I can wear regular band aids is my fingers with out any problems. I guess I'll have to get some of the curad band aids in the regular size.  Well I better get some things done before I go to the chiropractor so I can get a nap in this afternoon. Barb

Hi Barb,
I used to always break out with band aids, but these sheer ones don't seem to bother me at all. I hope your arm clears up soon. That can be so irritating and annoying. If it keeps you from sleeping, it isn't good.

It sounds like you're in for a fun weekend. I'm so glad that you're feeling well enough to go. It'll feel good to get out of the house, and the scrapbooking will get your creative juices flowing. I don't do scrapbooking, but admire the ones I've seen. It's a wonderful way to create special memory books. You'll probably find all kinds of things you'll want to buy for your scrapbooks!

Good luck with getting lifting restrictions. Usually doctors will make those adjustments if you just ask. When do you leave for your trip?
Have lots of fun, and just relax and forget about all those physical stresses and challenges!

Hi Denise, I just started having that problem in the last 5 years. It is still driving me nuts. I can't stand the itching and i can't sit with ice on it all day. The burn actually looks pretty good it's just the band aid marks that are raised and inflamed. I don't want to call the doc because I don't want to have to go in again. I've had my fill of doctors recently. When my surgeons nurse called back she said that he said if I had problems that i should just ask some one else to lift the tables and chairs that day. I told her that is not how it works there, that if I come back with out restrictions that I am expected to do that and can be fired for not doing it and there is no one else to ask any way. She said she would tell him that because she had to talk to him about my test he did Monday coming back with a yeast infection, because he hadn't seen the results yet and would probably want to order me something. That's the first time I ever had a yeast infection with out itching or burning. I also asked her if it was normal to suddenly have blood again after 4 weeks with out bleeding. I told her I had kind of over done it yesterday and now I was hurting today. She said she would ask him about that too. She'll probably call back tomorrow. She has my cell number so I'll get the call no matter where I'm at. We leave at 9am for our 10 mile trip to the next town. Lol.

My youngest sister that helped me some with organizing my scrapbook room which is still not done yet after 5 weeks has forbid me from getting any thing else until I use up the stuff I already have so I won't be buying any thing this weekend. I have more than enough stuff at this point for working on albums and cards for years. Oh well better go get my meds ready for the weekend and any other little last minute things. I want to get to bed early tonight. I am just going to sleep with ice on my arm if I have too to get some sleep. I'm surprized that the benedryl I take at bedtime doesn't get rid of the itching and inflamation. Have a good weekend. Barb

Enjoy your weekend, and have fun scrapbooking! Does the benadryl you take at night knock you out? When I take it, I'm down for the count!

Stay tough and insistent with your doctor regarding lifting! You have to take care of yourself. That is strange...having a yeast infection without the other symptoms. Good thing they found it.

Anyway, got to get ready for school.
There's so much to do!
