Hey guys,
I just wanted to know if everyone could list a food you've found which actually alleviates the symptoms of GERD immediately after consumption. Maybe just list ONE (the most effective) to keep it simple.
For me it is APPLES (in particular red delicious, although probably most types work).
I hope enough people reply to get a substantial list, so new members or guests can benefit. And if more than 20 different (but genuine) answers are generated I'll compile the list in a new post.
