Gurgling all the way up to chest?

Hi all.  I posted my newbie post just a moment ago, but meant to ask--do any of you experience a gurgly chest as well as stomach?  I've always had a fairly gurgly stomach whether I'm hungry or not.  Now I seem to notice similar gurgles and noises up higher.  I'm assuming it's gas?!?!
