Hey All, Im a new member. And have recently been prescribed Nexium. Went to the pharmacy too have it filled, and to my dismay my Insurance covered $20 of the cost leaving me with a $150 remainder shakehead

Ive heard talk and checked prices out of Canada and they are much (1/3) of the cost. Has anyone gone this route and if so can I be advised what pharmacies too consider and any other information would be GREATLY appriciated.

Wow,thats expensive... Here in Montreal I get Nexium for $88.00, 40mg. 30 pills. My insurance covers $80 of that.

Hey Mike, You got that right!! It is expensive.... Looking for reputable online Canadian Pharmacies and any other suggestions.

You should try Prevacid 24Hr. I suspect it would work as well or better than Nexium for you and costs far less. The patent on Prevacid ran out so now it's available for cheap and without a prescription. I get the 42 capsule size and take four a day (each one is 15mg). Just ask your doctor's office what dosage would be equivalent to your Nexium dosage.

I used to take Nexium. It is an expensive drug, but the company has a great club you can join to get discounts on it. Mine was $75, but with the company discount it was $25 and that's with my insurance. See their website to join.
