Looking for ideas for relieving nausea. Right now, plain hot tea works OK, but never completely diminishes that icky feeling. What works for you?

My pharmacist told me to use only EMETROL (over the counter in pharmacies) for nausea when you have GERD. Do not use PeptoBismol.
