Having mild heartburn tonight

I made the mistake of eating oreos and milk tonight.

I usually save my chocolate eating for earlier in the day, but I was craving.

I'm hurting some and coughing.

Off to get some Tums.

couchtater - with the amount of posts you make, i would have thought that you had it all figured out. Sorry to hear you are in trouble.

I made an omelet with onions, green pepper, and zuchini left over from a mexican restaurant my wife ate at. I didn't realize the green pepper was actually Jalapeno, and after getting some in my mouth I am also feeling the effects...

Oops! Hey, just think...the chocolate was worth it!
Remember--zero reflux possibility means a wrap that is so tight we couldn't swallow food! It's a trade off.

Janice...sorry you're having so much trouble with the reflux. Have you called Dr. Rice? Once you have and recover from your surgery, it sounds like time for a trip to CC. Just be thankful you're retired, and you don't have to juggle work along with all the trips to the doctor!
