Please help!

I was diagnosed with GERD about 10 years now.  Meds seem to take care of it until recently.  When I bend over I get bad acid reflux attacks.  Yesterday and today, I could not get relief from my meds at all.  And sometimes I get acid reflux during the late afternoon/early evening.  Tonight I am experiencing pain in my throat.  I am also out of breath and my chest hurts.  At times I feel like I am going to throw up.  Whether I eat or don't eat, it does not make a difference.  Sometimes if I stay still for a while in one position, it will feel better but once I move, I get another attack.  What do you think.  Should I be concerned?  I have a drs appt on Wed but this is painful.

I get "attacks" like that at least 3 times a week. I've found nothing that helps except to sleep. Sorry I couldn't give you better advice.

Understandable. I end up staying up until 3 or 4 am until I can't stay awake anymore. I haven't found anything that triggers my attacks. Zofran helps with the nausea but I still have all the other symptoms.
