Hunger Pains after Nissen

Hi guys I am a month post op, during the last couple of days my reflux have improve a lot, i don't want to say everything is ok yet because who knows what can happen tomorrow, my only one problem is the "hunger pains" that I started feeling it a week after the surgery, with the solid diet they have improved but still I can't be without eating more than 3 hours or I am going to start having it, it is like a painful cramp in my upper stomach that comes and goes, it only gets relieved when I eat, I also get it with a lot of belching. I have ready and haven't found anybody that has experience this, I am one month post-op and I am still experiencing it, I didn't had ulcer or anything like that before the surgery, however this sounds like the pain of an ulcer, but I am still on PPIs, have anyone experienced something like this after this surgery, I have read a lot about complications of nissen and I can't find anything that even look like this. I have appointment with my surgeon next week, so lets see what does he say.

Hi Joy, eating is the only one thing that releases it, as I said before, I have to eat every 3 hours to avoid it.
