HELP!!!

Hi everyone!!! here is my history, 3 months ago i started with something in my throat 24 /7, always there didn't go way, digestion problems and etc. went to GI , had endoscopy done, results( great) he said!:) prescribed some med for IBS , didn't do anything , i was suffering day and night, i end up in ER ( BILL FOR 7 THOU) NO INSURANCE:(i saw another 3 or 4 docs, no change... so finally i went to ENT, he did a camera test and said that i had a LPR:( prescribed omeprazole, horrible side effect, dexilant 60 mg even worse, my stomach got so bloated that i needed to stop,ok ,now pantoprazole 40 mg , i have indigestion every day and somethimes some difficulty breathing so, i went to see him after 6 weeks and i had questions , but no answer:( i asked him where this acid was coming from, if the results of endoscopy was ok! he change the conversation and did answer he told me to try take pantoprazole twice a day; well if i am having problems sometimes w breathing, digestion issue i dont think it is a good idea taking 2 a day; so for 1 month i am taking proibiotic and enzymes , it's helping a little . I forgot to mention that i asked him if the problem could be something else and maybe take some antibiotic would help and he said ok !, he prescribed Zpack for 5 days, today i will take the last one, lets see ...i didn't want to mix them together , so i stop the pantoprazole for 5 days, i still have some digestion issue, but little better...so i am afraid of PPIs in general !!! i just don't know what to do. I am going to see some of my docs in Brazil and see what they need to say, i have health insurance there would help me a lot. i have problems to belch also:(:( one belch it is a big deal for me:) so, i am lost and not feeling so good!!! how about esoprazole(nexium) can anybody please tell if it's something that i should try it? PLEASE !!!!!! thank you !!!!!!

You might be allergic to PPIs.
I'd go back to Brazil where you can use your insurance and see as many doctors as you need to get to the bottom of this.
Nexium might help. Besides the Endoscopy what other testing have you had?

I agree you need further testing. 

Acid is normally produced in the stomach.  It is prevented from backing up or refluxing into your esophagus ( or food pipe) and throat by a band of muscle at the entrance of the stomach known as the lower esophageal sphincter.  If this band of muscle is not functioning well, you can have backflow or acid into your esophagus and into your throat and voice box, this is known as laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR).  Many people have this including myself.  It is very unpleasant, however, I have been able to identify some foods that always reflux. 

I wish you well in obtaining a definitive dx.

  Hi ,Kitt! thank you for the aswer!!Sometimes you don't even know what is bad for you,  i don't need to eat much to have the symptons ...sometimes it is just there..for no reason:):) this is a herrible thing:(:( and the sad part is  the doctors , they don't know exactly what it is either, you can read all the medication information sheet, nothing says this is for lpr...we became a lab rats:):) all for the researching!!!! try this , try that. I hope someday they will find a cure !!!
