i sympathize , like you, i have a constellation if digestive "issues"
so in addition to the above excellent advice let me add that some of what you describe sounds like gluten intolerance
two problematic proteins, gluten and gliadin are found in wheat, rye, barley, and a similar molecule in oats may be a problem too for some people
several of the symptoms you describe suggest possible gluten intolerance...the pain, odor and consistency issues especially.
gluten intolerance has a cascading effect on the lower gi. people who are celiacs (those who are gluten intolerant) their body sees gluten as a foreign invading organism and when absorbed into the surface of the digestive tract the immune system attacks the digestive tract to get at the gluten. in the process the villi of the intestine are damaged vastly reducing the bodies production of lactase and thus one who is gluten intolerant soon becomes milk, cheese , ice cream etc intolerant as well
this results in severe pain, gas bloating and bowel movements that are are sometimes greasy, inconsistent, sticky , smell very bad.
diet changes should likely answer the question in a week or two
to test this theory you may eat of what ever of the following you want... lean meat, fish, fruit, salad potatoes, rice, all manner of beans, and a variety of non wheat flours such as amaranth buckwheat, quinola, and of course nuts etc
be careful of breakfast cereals that say rice...make sure labeled gluten free,
so to review, no milk or other "dairy" products, (eggs ok), no wheat, no rye, no barley, and just to be safe avoid oats...
note, many stores carry gluten free bread often made with some combination of flour from rice, potatoes, tapioca, almonds amaranth or buckwheat....good substitute!
none of what i just shared is to suggest that your suspicions about
pancreatitus are wrong....just offering another idea that might apply to some of the symptoms you describe
good luck
hang in there...we are with you
