Hi Kitt,I'm very happy to be back...thanks for the warm welcome. I agree with your assessment of this "Road of Life" thread. Friends coming together to offer support and form a caring community. We are lucky to have found each other here in this little corner of Healing Well. We do appreciate you, and your warmth and humor, Kitt. Your caring and loving support throughout the threads on this forum made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and they continue to make us feel loved. Thank you, Kitt.
I hope you know that we're here for you when it's your turn to need some TLC.
Our little grandson is such a sweetie. He's nine months old now, and starting to pull himself up and get into everything. He's a happy little guy, and has a smile for everyone. The only time he cries or fusses is when he's tired, hungry, or hurts himself. We just bought a Pack and Play for sleeping and a high chair today. He has outgrown the bassinet we had, and he's starting to eat real food! It's expensive being a grandma and grandpa. We're hoping that they will be used for many more grandchildren to come. (Fingers crossed!

Hi Joy,Thank goodness you were there to witness your neighbor's fall. I hope he's okay. Have a good second day! I spent today in my son's classroom helping him set things up. I've got some "homework" to get done for him by the time I go back in to help him on Thursday. There is always so much to do, as you well know.
Hi Bill,I agree with Kitt 100%. You are in the middle of a health crisis of your own, and yet you put your own needs aside to offer support and caring to other members here. You're a special guy.
Your positive attitude and ability to get through so many struggles of your own, and still maintain empathy for others, is admirable. You are our hero!
And yes, I know that by helping others you help yourself, but think of all those who just wallow in their own personal issues and suffering and never think about
others who are suffering as much or more. Those people remain stuck in their own misery. Your ability to look past your own problems is what keeps you going.
Yay, Bill!
Hi Sandi,I am happy you've joined us on our "Road of Life"! Your positive attitude and caring responses to others are so helpful! I hope you will consider sticking around after your healing is complete! You are providing so many others with encouragement and support...and your help here is greatly appreciated! Hope you're feeling well today!
Hi Rita,Hope you're having a good day, and are beginning to feel better! You are in the very earliest stage of healing, and your recovery will take lots of patience. You'll get there!
Take care, All!
