Nausea after meals

"two months post find...." are you saying its been two months since surgery?

have you kept a journal of what foods you are eating...that may indicate a pattern

for me reflux is, in large part about the vagus nerve....(10th cranial nerve) being all irritated, twitchy and a general problem, so im never surprised when i get headaches, nausea , anxiety etc

are you experiencing nausea more or less than 50% of the time after eating? and is there a pattern.... in terms of breakfast or lunch being more or less of a problem than dinner?

i reflux and have related problems more often as the meal takes place later and later in the day.

I am 4 months post op and I get nauseous after meals if I eat too much or don't chew well enough.. this will cause a problem.. I am able to eat most everything, but I sometimes forget our rule... chew chew chew and take small bites.. try this and maybe back off a few bites before you think you are full and see what happens...
