Surgery coming

Well one day away from my surgery to repair a para esophageal hernia.  I am up at 4:54 am thinking about it, this time tomorrow I will be preparing to go to the hospital.  I have read my doctors paper they gave as to diet and it says liquids for only a few days then diet as tolerated-  He is supposed to be the best and so wonder what side affects i will expect to have?

I had also the same hernia as you have. So I really know what kind of devil it is!!!

I do hope the best luck to you and your surgeon for tomorrows operation. Just trust...your surgeon will be the best for you

Hopefully you'll have also so short and peaceful recovery time as I had. In my case everything went so well. I was scaring those side affects and the complications after the surgery...but I got none of them! I do hope the same for you!!!!

The day before the surgery is quite anxious time. You can do nothing special and otherwise it's better if you just enjoy and relax....so strange combination!
