I am so very tired I have been up for over 2 hours and I can still barely move, I also have a pounding headache. I know I have been busier than usual so I have been expecting a low but I also have this reoccurring lump under my breast and when I ask doctors about it they think I'm nuts because they can't feel it. I can feel it when I stand up but not when laying down. Just to be sure of this my hubby and daughter have felt it and they say its the size is larger than a fist. I had my doctor check it last time I went and he said there was nothing and if I keep poking at my ribs it will stop hurting.He gave me a requisition for an ultrasound and told me to go in anytime to get this checked for possible hernia/
Sorry I can't concentrate anymore I need to have a quick nap.

Hello,

"Not knowing" where you stand with this situation is probably harder on you than knowing for sure would be. At least that's the way things work for me.

If whatever you're feeling can't be felt by an experienced physician it really might not be anything but a hernia. That's how it was with my son but that's the only experience I have with symptoms about hernia.

I do have experience with breast cysts both really large ones and small ones as well. In my case they could all be felt both standing up and lying down but that's just my experience.

If you have an order from your doctor to be examined and can do so fairly soon it might be good for your anxiety level to have it checked out asap. I know this always helps me to get tests over with and know where I stand in how to proceed.

Worrying about whatever it is will not make it go away and finding out if it is anything at all to be concerned about might just relieve your mind.

I hope you find some answers soon.
