I found a recipe online for Kale, Lentil and and chicken soup. Im going to make it tonight it looks good.
Me and my family love Kale though. Has a ton of vitamins and fiber in it. My hubby cannot eat red meat anymore so we've been finding new things to cook. Salads, pasta and rice are getting a little old. I'm going to try experimenting with different soups. I have to be really careful what I eat because of my stomach and now my colon is acting up too.
