tight band under ribcage

Hi can anyone help for a number of years I have suffered with a feeling of a pressure band under my ribcge. Numerous tests Slding hiatus hernia 2 small areas barretts 2 small stomach polyps. No one I have spoken to with the sliding hernia seems to have these problems. I am getting that way scared todo anything which requires bending forward putting any pressure on my diaphram as the feeling I get is that something moves under my ribcage causing intense discomfort where I want to push everything down. It is really getting me down and seems to be getting worse. Anyone any ideas what the cause of this pressure band could be. I have no pain just real discomfort Feels much worse if I wear a bra even loose fitted
