Some reflux is normal, and, since you've had the integrity of your wrap confirmed, I would guess that your reflux episodes haven't changed much. What might have changed, however, is a relaxation of your upper esophageal/pharangeal muscles allowing the reflux entry into your throat. This is known as LPR, or also respiratory reflux.
There are many members on this board with LPR, which often defies a clear diagnosis and treatment. You may experiment to try to find a PPI that works better for you. Another possibility is to incorporate some reflux management into your routine, that, previously, as a result of the wrap, you haven't had to be concerned with. Things like diet, etc.
I have LPR symptoms, which haven't improved much since my TIF procedure in August '11.
