Jesper, I'm like you, I am at 12 (almost 13) weeks, and I started getting reflux again. I think it was from eating salad with tomatos and a lot of balsamic vinegar dressing (straight balsamic vinegar), pickles, and spicy tangy peppercini salad peppers. Then I swam about
25 laps.
I'm actually really concerned. It feels like I've been punched in the wrap, and I feel the lung-suffocating reflux. Last night it felt really bad (could hardly walk my stomach was so painful) but I think that was because I ate too much ice cream (I'm told ice cream is good to eat).
I actually really feel it just below my throat, and just above my chest. That acid vapor feeling that will not go away. I thought this surgery was supposed to correct this.
I don't know what's going on. I know it could be irritation of the wrap from the foods I ate, but it does not seem to be improving, even after I've been watching the kinds of foods I've been eating. It doesn't really change anything.
