It's basically the Koufman diet. Chicken, lean meat, turkey, non acidic veggies and fruit, almonds, honey...low carb, low acid, low fat, low diary, no spcies besides salt. Avoiding anything acidic or a "trigger food/drink" except the occasional non acidic alcoholic drink (rum in water actually is neutral and not acidic but alcohol still relaxes that stupid LES muscle)..fun times!
