Heartburn ? Freaking me out....

I'm not a stressed person at all really. I was just sitting in the recliner about an hour ago reading some comics when BAM!
My upper left chest where your heart is starting to sting and i started getting pains down my left arm. It started with a tightness and then a numb feeling tingling
Its sometimes hard to move my fingers around. My arm also started to hurt.

I searched but didn't really find anything specific as if this could be caused by my gerd.

My gerd has been really bad this last week. I've had EKG's before and they always came back fine.

Can gerd really cause this?

I've been having bad gerd lately.
When I woke up this morning my chest was tight and felt restricted.
Mostly from my bad stomache pains. I was a little worried but as I relaxed
That's when it hit. Currently it still hurts in te upper left right below my shoulder and numbness mostly above elbow and sort of by the wrist.

I see a surgeon tomorrow and haven't slept much the past 5 days as my gerd has been horrid.

I suppose this could cause the symptoms...I feel like my gerd makes my anxiety worse even if it doesn't seem like it. Like they play off eachother. I feel after my gerd is under control maybe anxiety will be better. Thanks for your response !
