hi just had on May 10/2012 TIF SURGERY I STILL HAVE A LOT OF PAIN IN MY UPPER BACK ANY SUGGESTIONS? :

Hi there,
I haven't had any surgery, my only suggestion is for you to put a subject on your post. Ppl who have received this procedure might be able to reply back faster.

You're still healing inside. It took me until month 4 to feel human again.
Make sure you're following the diet and exercise guidelines:
liquids for 2-3 weeks
soft foods 2-3 weeks
slowly introduce solids leaving raw veggies, soft breads, and steak for last around month 3 or 4.
Don't lift anything over 5lbs for six weeks, then slowly add more each week until you feel no discomfort.
