Dozer74,You have had all the tests and as everything has come back normal I am wondering if any of the Drs. mentioned anxiety as a cause of your symptoms...........I suspect you may have had others mention this so if you have you are welcome to just ignore my post.
I am going to post a link for you that you may find helpful:
Anxiety Symptoms, Anxiety Attack Symptoms (Panic Attack Symptoms), Symptoms of Anxiety:

Cardiac and esophageal causes may share similar symptoms as these two structures have the same nerve supply.
Cardiac disease is one of the first conditions that must be excluded in patients with unexplained chest pain given that patients with chest pain related to GERD cannot be distinguished from those with chest pain due to cardiac conditions.
My GERD started with severe heartburn that actually radiated to my arms, jaw and back but my heart tests all came back normal so for years I ate Tums by the handful for the heartburn. Eventually I started to have reflux and was started on Prilosec which works for me.
Please know you are not alone and I will be waiting for your post re the results of your biopsy.
Kindly,
Kitt
