I could easily lose 10 pounds in not time from nausea and not eating. That was my biggest symptom. Actually, it is a combination of gerd/gastritis. Meds work, I take zegerid and it helps a lot but diet plays an important role. Once you do feel like eating, eat light. Toast, bananas and nothing greasy. even chocolate can make things pretty bad. I use to get so stressed out about not eating but now i just wait until i feel hungry instead of forcing it. Stress can make things a whole lot worse so try to relax and eat a little bit at a time and then go from there. Good luck!!
