I was doing well without medications for 2 days. Today, I experience chest pain etc. I am tired of these cycles of feeling better and then getting worse. I am a human being and like everyone else on earth, I am stressed. I take breaks during work and go for a 15 minute walk. I also meditate for an hour.
What other strategies are you using to conquer stress and ultimately conquer gerd?
