Endoscopy results -HELP PLEASE

I had a endoscopy on the 20th of july and i dont quite understand my result.

Indication
dyspepsia and nausea and/or vomiting
previous helicobactor pylori serology was positive
clinically important comments: Epigastric pain.

Report
apparent mucosal junction at 37cm from incisors
OESOPHAGUS. grade a oesophagitis(mucosal breaks confined to the mucosal fold each no longer than 5mm) within (a)
STOMACH. gastritis: mild erthematous/exudativewith no bleeding within (b)
DUODENUM. duodenitis; mild assocaited with patchy erthema within(c)

ive had stomach pains for years and was diagnosed i.b.s.
i had no pains or discomfort in the lower abdomen and pushed for diferent results.
after a lot of wasted time i finally got these results (20th of july).

ive pains in the bilat renal area and suprapubic and have had for sometime.
are these connected?
what do my results mean?

Hi

Did you also have a scan of your gall bladder? And have you been retested for Helicobacter?

Have you also seen a urologist or had your kidneys checked?

Presumably you have another appt to discuss these results?

i had an ultrasound near the start, but that should nothing and was like almost three years ago.
I dont even know what they were looking for.
Lot of women in my family suffered from gallbladder issues. And ive had helicobacter in the pastb but the byopsie from the endoscopy shows negitive.

I have a urology appointement as im producing white bloods cells in my urine.


I have been diagnosed all in with Dyspepsia, Chronic Fatique Syndrome, Vitamin D Deficeincy, and the above three.
also idications over the years of low immune system (not yet been investigated)
ofcourse Depression as the above all is a bit much to handle and causing more bthan health problems.


I just want better im 22 and feel like for the last three years i have been mistreated and dismissed to the point im cracking up lol.


any further help would be amazing?
