Yes, steamed veggies would be better. Eggs are great. I make chicken soup often with chicken stock, a chopped chicken breast, a box of frozen chopped broccoli or spinach. Carrots and celery are good, and green beans. Corn, peas and winter squash are harder to digest. Jasmine is the best kind of rice to digest.
should i have just 2 chicken breast with one veggie or some other side as well
my issue also is with whole veggies is the digestion process
