I purchased an expensive wedge pillow, but I still suffer from night time sore throat due to acid back up. Where can I buy wooden blocks, so that I can elevate my bed. (I live in CA)
Thanks

You could head to your local farm and garden store and pick up some patio blocks (Hera squares). Maybe 50 cents to a dollar each. I stack three on each side raising the head of the bed seven inches.

I used similar blocks and also got 7".
It is easier to use those blocks than wood, since you do not have to do any cutting.
