Best gastroenterologist doctor SF-bay area (San Jose, palo alto..CA.)

I am also based out of Bay Area, CA. I am also looking for a good GI doctor for my acid reflux. My GI specialist at Palo Alto Medical Foundation was not helpful.

Is Sacramento too far away? I know a great thoracic surgeon and am familiar with a good GI practice. Both are based out of the Mercy group. The thoracic surgeon just did my hiatal hernia nissen fundoplication surgery the week before thanksgiving as an urgent procedure.

In my experience with many specialists and medical groups, Mercy has been the best of all groups I've been with over the past 25+ years.
