I've had gerd for about 2 years now, about a year ago I was diagonised with h. Pylori. Took the prev pack ( which was horrible) I was doing fine for about 2 months the. It started acting up again. Now it's worse then ever. Literally an apple can set it off. My sympyos are now horrible chest pain, burping all day, fast heart rate, tight chest, horrible anxiety. As like many people I have been to the ER several times. Heart work. All normal. I just want to know if anyone has found something to ease the pain. Also I have Costochondritis which doesn't help. I'm a 21 year old male. Any advice would help. Thanks

Hi,

I don't have severe Gerd, but I do have a small hiatus hernia and minor acid reflux - I also have chostochondritis and have had all the heart tests, which were fine.

My chostocondritis is solved by ibuleve (anti inflammatory cream) My hernia produces a lot of burping so you may want to get that checked out - but it is now all under control with 1 omeprazole and 3 domperidone (stomach motility drug) and I have had no chest pain since.
