I'll combine the two questions since I have posted so many new topics
First question is exercise:
I haven't gone and used the treadmill because of my cough (which is horrible right now) I know I CAN use the treadmill but what about
weights? Can I never work on my core muscles or squat or anything like that? Or is it just during a flare that I can't. I assume i can do any sitting or standing arm work.
Next question is juicing
Is juicing good for LPR? I am thinking it's chock full of nutrients and is already broken down so would require less acid to digest? Also, can I juice less than three hours before bedtime since it's a liquid.
