Having my operation tomorrow wish me luck very nervous and just hope everything goes smoothly and I can avoid some of the more Nasty side effects like the swallowing and not burping please let me not suffer too bad from them I'll keep people updated

Hey guys op went well haven't had any trouble swallowing the worst was the pain was on a lot of morphine which gave me urination retention which was horrible I've found I'm burping a lot before the op everytime I'd burp that's when I'd bring up the reflux now it's just air but is still quite annoying and hopefully will settle it's as if it's a uncontrolled reflex now where my body was so used to burping and bringing up reflux
